TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Netxus Labs governing your access to and use of My Balloon Stock.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

My Balloon Stock is a digital inventory management platform for balloon decorators and event based businesses. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us of unauthorized access

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the service unlawfully
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfere with system integrity or security
• Use the service to infringe rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including software, designs, branding, and content, belong to Netxus Labs or its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Netxus Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Netxus Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if no fees were paid.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netxus Labs from claims arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service. Termination does not limit our legal rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Netxus Labs is registered, excluding conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
